Kayleigh Shuler (they/she) - I am grateful and excited to be returning for Zen Phoenix's second annual self-care-focused retreat this year. A long time performer and writer turned Sociology and Psychology student at Arizona State University, my interests have become intertwined and led me to grow curious about creativity and imagination's ability to heal. In this container, I hope to create opportunities to not only get to know each other, but ourselves by journaling and holding space in guided discussions together. I look forward to celebrating with you!
