Hatha Flow - This class strives to create a balanced union between sthira and sukha, the concepts of softness and strength. Flowing, lyrical movement promotes freedom and fluidity in the body, along with sustained strengthening postures to create stability and strength artfully combine to help cultivate balance and ease in the mind and spirit. Classes incorporate an intention or dwelling point and gentle, steady breathwork, and are geared toward the skill levels and needs in the room. All levels are welcome.

Restorative - Classic Restorative and Yin postures enhanced with soothing sounds, subtle aromatherapy, and gentle bodywork provide the framework for this class. Sustained, deep, supported postures promote the stretching of deeper layers of connective tissue to improve flexibility and fluidity in the joints. This class gives you the space and permission to release stress and tension from the body and to quiet the mind.

Ebb & Flow - Dance-inspired flowy, rhythmic sequences energize and prime the body, the mind, and the soul leading into yin and restorative postures to help provide a blissful, restful journey into deep reflection and release. Energizing practices will be more Vinyasa “sweat” inspired, wind-down practices will be more Hatha-style flexibility and strength targeted.

Deep Rest Weave - Classic restorative postures interwoven with Yoga Nidra throughout.

Stretch Class - Primary focus on hamstrings, backs, and shoulders, this class will also include some basic core strengthening. Beginning with gentle movements to warm, and graduating into sustained lengthening stretches.

Private Sessions - Contact me here for additional rates and information for private individual or small group sessions in vinyasa/hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yin, meditation, or thai yoga, or if you need a timeslot other than those currently offered. Together we will work through individual needs and develop a home practice custom created for you.
